Terms of participation and cancellation
Last updated: October 2026
This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of doubt, the German version (Teilnahme- und Stornobedingungen) is legally binding.
CabCon 2027 (11–12 March 2027) is organised by Energy Support GmbH, Sperberweg 47, 41468 Neuss, Germany (the “Organiser”).
1. Scope
These terms apply to all registrations for CabCon 2027 – as an attendee and for the booking of an exhibitor package (Bronze, Silver or Gold), including additional people on the stand.
2. Registration and conclusion of contract
Registration takes place online at cabcon-konferenz.de. By clicking “Register with obligation to pay” you submit a binding registration. The contract is concluded with our acknowledgement by email.
The number of exhibitor spaces is limited. If an exhibitor package is no longer available, we will inform you within 14 days of receiving your registration and refund any amounts already paid in full.
3. Services
The attendance fee covers attendance on both conference days, access to the trade exhibition, conference documents and catering.
The services included in the exhibitor packages are set out in the package description at cabcon-konferenz.de (a stand in the exhibition with 2 chairs and the stated number of people on the stand; Silver and Gold additionally include a talk, an advert page in the conference proceedings in A4 format and wildcards – free attendance places – for your customers). We will agree the content and timing of talks with you.
Travel and accommodation costs are not included.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are net plus statutory VAT (currently 19 %). You will receive the invoice by email after your registration has been reviewed. It is payable without deduction within 14 days of the invoice date, but no later than the start of the event.
5. Substitute
If a registered person cannot attend, you may name a substitute free of charge at any time – in the “My registration” area or by email to info@energy-support.de. The same applies to people on the stand and to wildcards.
6. Cancellation by the customer
Cancellations must be made in text form (e.g. by email to info@energy-support.de). The date of receipt by the Organiser is decisive.
Attendees (including additional people on the stand):
- up to and including 28 January 2027: free of charge
- from 29 January up to and including 25 February 2027: 50 % of the attendance fee
- from 26 February 2027 or in the event of non-attendance: 100 % of the attendance fee
Exhibitors:
- up to and including 11 December 2026: 50 % of the package price
- from 12 December 2026: 100 % of the package price
You are entitled to prove that we have incurred no loss or a significantly lower loss.
7. Changes and cancellation by the Organiser
We reserve the right to make changes to the programme, such as changes to the order of sessions or a change of speakers, provided the overall character of the event is maintained. We will announce the venue in good time.
If the event has to be cancelled or postponed for good cause (e.g. force majeure, official orders, insufficient number of participants), we will refund any amounts already paid in full. Further claims, in particular for reimbursement of travel or accommodation costs, are excluded unless the cancellation is due to intent or gross negligence on the part of the Organiser.
8. Liability
The Organiser is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, the Organiser is only liable for breaches of material contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. The Organiser accepts no liability for items, exhibits and stand equipment brought by exhibitors; we recommend taking out your own insurance.
9. Photos and videos
Photos and videos are taken during the event and used for reporting on and promoting CabCon. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please speak to our team on site or write to us. Further details can be found in the privacy policy.
10. Right of withdrawal
Under Section 312g(2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for services in connection with leisure activities or events on a specific date. The cancellation terms in section 6 remain unaffected.
11. Final provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for merchants, legal entities under public law and special funds under public law is Neuss, Germany. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
